THE IRON BRIDGE

THE MERRYTHOUGHT EXHIBITION
An exciting, free-to-enter exhibition of Merrythought is being held at the historic Museum of the Gorge in Ironbridge between April and December 2025.
Just a short walk from our world famous factory, this first of its kind installation takes you on a fascinating journey through the four generations of our unique company, and its role within the story of the Ironbridge Gorge.
Suitable for all ages, you can even take your photo with a giant Merrythought bear, and get creative with designing your own bear...This is the perfect activity for all of the family!
THE MERRYTHOUGHT TEDDY BEAR SHOP
Nestled between the Merrythought factory and the Museum of the Gorge, the Merrythought Teddy Bear Shop is based in a Mid-19th Century building at the gateway of Ironbridge.
You'll be assured a warm welcome and the opportunity to take a look at our current collection, alongside some antique characters from the Merrythought archives.
To this day, our wonderful shop remains the only shop in the world that is exclusively dedicated to Merrythought soft toys.
