Please note, our shop will be closed from 8 - 11 June, re-opening on standard opening hours on Friday 12 June.
Bank Holiday hours are as per above - except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day, when the shop will be closed.
WHAT WILL YOU FIND?
You'll be assured a warm welcome and the opportunity to take a look at our current collection, alongside some antique characters from the Merrythought archives.
This unique shop is home to a huge range of traditional and limited edition teddy bears. Plus, a small museum with some of the earliest designs as well as many other wonderful characters created over the years.

THE HISTORY OF OUR SHOP
The Merrythought Teddy Bear Shop and museum were first opened in 1988 and soon became one of the key visitor attractions in the Ironbridge area.
To this day, our wonderful shop remains the only shop in the world that is exclusively dedicated to Merrythought soft toys.
