UK Standard Tracked Delivery: £5.00
Delivery will normally be made by courier within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of order.
Orders can be traced using the tracking number sent to your mobile, or emailed upon request. A signature will be required, and delivery can be re –arranged with the courier directly if necessary. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how the delivery can be re-arranged or where the parcel may be collected from.
Personalised products may take up to 10 working days for delivery.
Where an order is received by midday, Monday to Thursday, delivery will be made via courier the next day. Orders received after midday Monday-Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered within two working days.

International Tracked Delivery - we offer an international checkout option, just choose your local flag from the home page to receive full delivery and import duty pricing on your individual order and receive no further charges at the point of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or you believe it to be faulty or not as described, please notify us and return the item in its original condition within 30 days. We will then issue you with a refund or replacement.

When returning a parcel, please ensure:
The item(s) is packed well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and use the original packaging where possible. A letter with your dispatch note is enclosed detailing the order number, your address, contact details and reason for return. (This helps to process the return quickly.)
We will aim to process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible, usually within seven working days.

Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
