You can earn MT points through various activities, such as engaging with our social media channels and placing orders. To explore all the ways you can earn points, click on the 'Ways to Earn' tab in the menu.

Select the 'Ways to Redeem' tab. Here, you'll find a list of all the rewards exclusively available for you. If you have sufficient points, you can redeem them for a reward.

No, we are happy to reward your loyalty. However please note, MT points will expire after 24 months so do take advantage of the rewards available to you.

Approved: These MT points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These MT points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and engagement.

Cancelled: These MT points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the MT points will change from pending to cancelled)
