Our skilled craftspeople here in Ironbridge are able to provide repair services for your treasured Merrythought soft toy or teddy bear. Perhaps a new set of paw-pads or eyes, or a refreshed hand-stitched nose?

Please email us with a clear description of the repair work you require, along with detailed images of your soft toy/bear. Our team will review your request and contact you with a quote and estimated lead time.
Please note:
We only provide repair services for soft toys made by Merrythought.
Where soft toys are extensively damaged, very old (generally 30+ years), or the same/similar components are no longer available, it may not be possible to provide a repair.
We do not offer full restoration services, and instead recommend researching teddy bear restorers in your local area.

If your repair request is accepted, our team will contact you with next steps.
Once received, your teddy bear/soft toy will be lovingly attended to by our team.
After the repair is complete, we will then return your soft toy to you.
