Your beloved bear’s plush can be affected by factors such as light, dust and moisture. Always avoid leaving your bear in direct sunlight, and give it a light dust and occasional vacuum if not moved for a while. A warm and dry home with a stable temperature and good ventilation is preferable too!

The perfect teddy bear pamper begins with combing the lengths of your bear’s plush, followed by a gentle brush to sweep away any surface dust, while being careful not to touch or scratch the eyes – a good quality pet brush works well! Next, dilute a little mild detergent in warm water and sponge the surface and outer plush lightly. Finally, switch your hair dryer to its lowest setting and give your bear a careful blow dry to complete their re-fresh. Please, never fully immerse your bear in water – they aren’t fond of swimming!
