‘After seeing a Merrythought teddy bear over the weekend, I decided that a personalised Shrewsbury bear would make an ideal christening present. i telephoned the teddy bear shop in ironbridge and spoke to a delightful mandi at 12.40 yesterday to order a 14" shrewsbury bear. imagine my suprise when shrewsbury bear arrived this morning at 09.35. what wonderful service. mandi is a credit to the proverb, that customer care make pay days possible.
